Jibran Khan is a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer at HermesCloud Technology Partners, where he architects Azure infrastructure with Terraform and Bicep across fifteen subscriptions and four production and non-production environments. He builds and operates Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for Python/FastAPI and AI-enabled applications, leads platform design for containerized workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service, and designs identity and access controls with Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, managed identities, and Key Vault.
Jibran has over six years of experience designing, automating, migrating, and operating production Azure infrastructure. Prior to HermesCloud, he was a DevOps Engineer at ExxonMobil, where he maintained Azure DevOps pipelines supporting more than twenty production services and eliminated recurring configuration drift by enforcing Terraform-managed infrastructure. Before that, as an Azure Cloud Engineer at ABS Engineering, he migrated more than thirty Windows and Linux workloads from on-premises infrastructure to Azure and designed the hybrid networking that securely connected the two. He began his cloud career as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Stewart Title, automating Windows and Azure administration with PowerShell and building Azure DevOps pipelines that replaced manual application deployments.
Jibran holds four professional certifications: AZ-104, AZ-900, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Network+. He has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Houston and an MS in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
